As part of innovation, we have structured our enterprise – into the manufacturing of eletrical appliances and electronic products – with the ambition of capturing growth and creating value, both leveraging the ideal Tshabatron brand. However, Lighting was also introduced as a stand-alone segment within the energy solutions, focusing on the great opportunities in energy-efficient connected LED lighting. Tshabatron is focused on expanding its core business to address the opportunities in the fast-growing Infrastructure market. In an increasingly connected world, where people are wanting to live in a green environment and societies are looking for more effective and lower-cost solutions to the consumption of electricity and renewable energy.
Tshabatron specialises in the design and installation of industrial ventilation, filtration and air-conditioning systems. Its personnel have an extensive experience in HVAC systems for MCC rooms and control rooms for refineries, pulp mills, smelters and mines. We also aim to design and supply cleanroom systems for the pharmaceutical industry and install several HVAC systems to the prospective clients in the food industry. Tshabatron Air Pollution Control designs, supplies and constructs process control systems for gas cleaning, product recovery, air pollution control and dust control in the industrial and mining environment. Supported products include baghouses, bag filters, cyclones, wet scrubbers and collectors amonst others.
Tshabatron aims to be the best in the distribution of transformers, switchgear, protection, control and metering equipment, motors, fans and heaters. A range of products from other reputable manufacturers, such as power cables, cable systems and accessories, lamps, lighting equipment and circuit breakers are also distributed by Tshabatron at an affordable price. Tshabatron also prides itself by being the best manufacture and repairer of electric appliances ranging from cooking, washing and cooling as well as being the best in manufacturing electronic products ranging from cellphones, computers, desktops, notebooks, printers, monitors, TV sets, projectors, eletronic consummables and other related products and appliances that are manufactured with the SABS and ISO adherence in an attempt to deliver the best to our target market as large at competitive prices without compromising the quality of our products.
1. Power-generation products
Tshabatron includes power-generation products such as generators and power inverters. The enterprise provides power management and electrical switchgear and mini-substation manufacture and supply. We aim to aggressively market and service the entire Southern African region and to become acknowledged as the preferred supplier of medium voltage switchgear used in the electrical industry. Tshabatron is also a supplier of a wide range of quality ancillary equipment and materials used in the medium voltage, H.V. industry and OHL reticulation. We are always open for customised products and equipment as we cater for various Turnkey Infrastructure Projects in the whole country as large without any limitations in the industry.
